Pay As You Go credits
If a project needs more credits than your plan includes this month, buy a one-off top-up rather than moving to a bigger plan. Pay As You Go credits sit alongside your monthly credits, never expire, and are used automatically once your monthly credits are gone.
Buying credits
- Go to keywordspeopleuse.com/pricing?type=payasyougo.
- The page shows your current plan and the per-credit price for it.
- Use the slider to choose how many credits to buy. The minimum is 50; the slider goes up to 10,000.
- Click Buy Now and pay through Stripe.
The credits appear in your account immediately. Settings shows them as "{n} Pay As You Go credits left", and the sidebar's Credits Left figure includes them.
What they cost
The price per credit depends on your plan; bigger plans get cheaper credits.

How they are used
Every action that costs credits (searches, Deep Search, alerts, bulk searches, clustering and AI generations) draws from your monthly allowance first. When that reaches zero, Pay As You Go credits are used instead. When your monthly credits reset, the app goes back to using those, and your Pay As You Go balance waits for the next time you need it.
Pay As You Go credits belong to the account, so team members use them too.
