Legacy Content Optimizer

Content Tools › Legacy Content Optimizer opens the first version of our Google Search Console tool, built around a list of Sites that you added one by one. It still works for sites you added in the past, but it is no longer being developed and shows a notice to that effect.

All of its functionality, and a great deal more, is in the Search & Content Optimizer. Any sites you were monitoring in the legacy tool are already being monitored there, so there is nothing to migrate.

If you still need the old tool

  • Sites lists the sites you added. Click one to see its pages and the queries for each page.
  • + Add Site lets you add a site from a connected Google account. Adding sites requires the Standard plan or above.
  • Google Accounts at keywordspeopleuse.com/google-accounts manages the Google connections shared by both tools.

We recommend switching to the Search & Content Optimizer for all new work.
