Bulk Search

Last updated 19 October 2026

Bulk Search runs the same search type across a whole list of keywords at once. Upload a CSV, carry on with other work, and collect one combined result from your history when it is done.

Preparing the file

  • Save your keywords as a CSV file, one keyword per row in the first column. Do not include a header row; if you do, the header will be searched as a keyword.
  • Maximum file size is 1 MB. Duplicate keywords are removed automatically.
  • There is no fixed cap on rows. Each keyword costs 1 credit, so the practical limit is the number of credits you have. Monthly credits are used first, then Pay As You Go credits.
  1. On the Dashboard select the search type you want to run for every keyword: People Also Ask, Google Autocomplete, Reddit and Quora, Semantic Keywords, Keyword Generator or Content Explorer. Bulk Search is not available for AI Assistant or Keyword Clustering.
  2. Set the language and country. The city selector is ignored for bulk searches.
  3. Click upload csv next to "Bulk search:" and choose your file.
  4. You are taken straight to Search History, where the job appears as a row labelled "Bulk Search" with the status "Processing…".

Collecting the results

When the row's status changes to a date, click the download icon to get a single CSV containing the results for every keyword. The columns are the same as a normal export for that search type, with the keyword in the first column. See CSV export.

If some keywords returned nothing, the row says so, for example "3 keywords had no results, 1 failed (credits refunded)". Those keywords appear in the CSV with a "NO RESULTS FOUND" or "SEARCH FAILED" marker and the credit for them is refunded.

Availability

Bulk Search is included on the Standard, Pro and Unlimited plans. On other plans the link reads "Available on Standard plan and above".
