Sharing results

There are three ways to share what you find, depending on who you are sharing with.

#Public links for lists and clusters

Two things in KeywordsPeopleUse can be given a public link that works for anyone, with no account needed:

• Keyword Lists. Open the list, click Share and turn on Enable shared link. Copy the keywordspeopleuse.com/share/… link. See Keyword Lists.
• Keyword Clustering results. On a finished clustering result click Share and enable the link. The viewer gets the same visualisation, cluster list and crawl data you see. See Keyword Clustering.

Turn the toggle off at any time to make the item private again. Shared links are read-only.

Individual search results do not have a public link. To share a search, save its keywords to a list and share the list, or export it.

#Exports

For slides, documents and clients who want a file:

• Download PNG on the Map tab gives you the question map as an image. See Image export.
• Download CSV gives you the data. See CSV export.
• AI-written drafts in Content Tools › Articles can be downloaded as HTML or Markdown.

#Team accounts

If the people you share with are colleagues, invite them to your team instead. They log in with their own credentials and see all of the account's searches, lists, alerts and clusters, and anything they do is saved in the same place. See Team members and shared accounts.
