Keyword Generator (Keyword Discovery)

Last updated 19 October 2026

The Keyword Generator is an advanced Autocomplete search for finding long-tail keywords. Starting from your seed keyword it collects Google's top suggestions, then takes each of those suggestions and collects their suggestions. The result is a large set of specific, real phrases people search for around your topic.

  1. Select Keyword Generator.
  2. Enter a seed keyword. Short, broad terms give the widest spread, for example cold brew.
  3. Choose the language and country. The Keyword Generator supports 11 languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.
  4. Click Search (1 credit).

Reading the result

The Map tab is a radial diagram with your seed keyword in the middle, the first round of suggestions around it, and the second round at the outer edge. The Data tab lists them in groups.

The CSV export has three columns: Query, Suggestion1 and Suggestion2.

Top 10 Keywords

The Top 10 Keywords tab uses AI to pick the ten most promising keywords from the result, with a short reason for each. It costs 1 credit the first time you open it.

What to do next

  • Open the Keyword Clusters tab to group the keywords by the pages that rank for them. Because Keyword Generator results can run to hundreds of phrases, clustering is the fastest way to turn them into a page plan. See Keyword Clustering.
  • Create Search Alert to be told when new long-tail phrases appear for your seed keyword.
  • Save the best phrases to a Keyword List.
